Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information STLPH collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
STLPH is a team fitness business in St Albans, Hertfordshire, run by Dylan Royal. For anything about your data, email hello@stlph.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, company, email or phone number, team size, preferred time and anything you tell us in the form or by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Clients: the contact details of your company's coordinator, session dates, attendance and invoices.
- Session participants: name, email, a short health questionnaire, attendance and end-of-challenge feedback.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange sessions (our legitimate interest in responding to you, and to take steps towards a contract).
- To deliver sessions safely. We only collect health information with your explicit consent, and only use it to adapt exercises for you.
- To send employers an attendance and feedback summary. Individual health information is never included.
- To tell you about 1-1 coaching, but only if you tick the box asking us to.
Who can see it
Only STLPH. We use trusted services to run the business: Netlify (website and form), Google Workspace (email and files), WhatsApp if you contact us that way, and our payment provider for invoices. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 12 months.
- Health questionnaires: deleted 12 months after your last session.
- Invoices and business records: 6 years, as required for tax.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@stlph.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
